What types of services do you offer?
We provide residential and commercial repair and maintenance services including, plumbing, electrical, drywall and texture, interior and exterior painting, carpentry and trim, flooring and tile, fences and gates, decks and patios, wood-rot repairs and more.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes. TNC Maintenance & Repair has a two hour minimum service charge. This minimum covers the initial service visit and up to two hours of labor. Travel time is built into our labor time that is included when calculating billable hours. Materials, parts, specialty equipment, and additional labor are billed separately when applicable.
